WHO WE ARE

Laurel Ridge Capital Management is a Toronto-based, boutique alternative asset management firm specializing in residential multifamily infill development projects in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Through our extensive development activity in our target market, we have optimized processes and strategies for property acquisition, development and construction, financing and leasing to maximize risk-adjusted return to our investors.

 

The Laurel Ridge team of seasoned real estate and investment professionals represent over 60 years of cumulative real estate equity and debt investing as well as alternative asset management experience.

WHAT WE DO

Through our fund offerings, Laurel Ridge provides investment opportunities in diversified portfolios of properties replicating the highly successful strategy for residential infill development for which the team has completed numerous syndicated investments in the target markets.

 

Laurel Ridge has completed 16 multi-family infill projects in Toronto and Ottawa with 7 projects currently under construction in the GTA.

Our 5-Plex model comprises a 3 story, 4-unit building and detached coach house unit.

  • Targeted building sites to be serviced by numerous transit options and largescale commercial projects.

  • Parking, storage, full-size appliances and terrace / outdoor space are included for each unit.

  • Units offer private entrances to reduce shared space and management costs. 

​

  • Five 2-bedroom units with large square footage, each over 900 sq ft.

 

  • Each unit is full floor (detached coach house is a 2-floor signal unit) allowing for greater privacy relative to comparable high-rise condominiums.

RECENT PROJECTS

Four 2-storey triplex projects (currently in construction) have been converted to 5-plexes by adding a second basement unit and a coach house to capitalize on the new regulations.
